Applications for this year’s winter scholarship program are open! The deadline for application submissions is November 27, 2019. We’ll be awarding the winners at an announcement party on Tuesday, December 10th. More info here!
The Jackson Hole Babe Force Scholarship Program is designed to offer financial support to women who want to become stronger, smarter, and more confident in the mountains.
Avalanche Level I course
This has been a very popular scholarship in the past and we’re pleased to partner with AAI for another all-female course this season. There will be a total of 12 scholarships awarded, resulting in a full, all-women Jackson Hole Babe Force Avy 1 course.
Choose your own Education
Want to become stronger, safer, and more confident in the mountains? The Jackson Hole Babe Force and Teton County Search and Rescue Foundation (TCSAR) want to help you pay for it.
Choose your own Adventure
We want to help you fund your next adventure. This is our most open-ended scholarship offering. Your “adventure” can be almost anything where you’re aligning yourself with the Jackson Hole Babe Force’s values: pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, trying new things, and becoming more confident in the mountains.
rad mom gathering
We know how hard it can be to find time, ski partners and the confidence to get out on the mountain. This is an opportunity for you to take a day for yourself and connect with other women while advancing your skiing abilities in a safe and fun environment.
This scholarship is a unique opportunity to learn advanced winter backcountry skills. The program consists of an intro to ski mountaineering course, a half day of crevasse rescue training, and a day long guided tour in Grand Teton National Park.
fall line camp
This scholarship is for two recipients (ages 12 - 17) to attend a one-of-a-kind ski & snowboard camp and take their skills to the next level. The camp offers rising rippers the opportunity to spend three days learning from and freeriding with the best Mountain Sports School youth coaches.
