Fall Line Camp
This one’s for the girls (ages 12 to 17). This application is for a spot in Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s Fall Line Camp during the winter of 2019/2020 (dates TBD, as discussed below). We’re pleased to partner with Coombs Outdoors and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in presenting this scholarship. Recipients of this scholarship will receive a fully paid spot in Fall Line Camp. There will be two scholarships awarded in this category.
This scholarship is for two recipients to attend a one-of-a-kind ski and snowboard camp and take their skills to the next level. The camp offers rising rippers the opportunity to spend three days learning from and freeriding with the best Mountain Sports School youth coaches. According to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, “the curriculum focuses on incremental mastery of the fundamentals while learning new techniques like dropping cliffs, jib features and rip turns. Campers are trained in how to make good decisions and ride big mountains safely.” Please visit https://www.jacksonhole.com/falllinecamp.html to learn more about the camp.
NOTE: The dates for the Fall Line Camp are not yet determined, but should be determined in the coming weeks. The course will take place during the 2019/2020 winter over a weekend (December 30, 2019 -January 1, 2020, February 17-19, 2020 or March 23-25, 2020). We will provide updates on the scheduling as soon as possible so as to give applicants as much notice as possible for their winter calendars.
To be considered, please complete the following application. The JHBF board and members from Coombs Outdoors will evaluate all applications. If selected for a scholarship, we want to hear your story. The JHBF will require one blog post and pictures so we can document and brag about your new snow knowledge. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
